SCHEDULE

It takes into account geographical distances and optimizes the order of visits to minimize travel time and distance.   • Information such as address, contact details, and previous notes about the account are readily available.
  • History of completed and pending tasks related to the account is displayed.
  • Previously submitted pictures of the location are accessible.
Representatives can mark certain locations as temporarily closed due to renovations, holidays, or other reasons. The AI will take this information into account when generating future schedules, avoiding unnecessary calls to these locations.
Representatives can schedule special appointments or events at specific locations. AI then optimizes the schedule to build the route around these appointments, ensuring the representative reaches the appointment on time.
Representatives can add notes related to each location they visit. These notes can be about store conditions, customer interactions, or any other relevant information. Reps can scroll through the last 10 notes or access a complete history of notes for a location, including notes from managers or other representatives who had access.
Tasks are assigned by the management team and can be specific to all locations, individual representatives, or based on priority. Reps can view their task list, see the status of completion, and the date and time of completion. These tasks can be related to store maintenance, follow-ups, promotions, or other business needs.
Representatives can take pictures of the store before and after their visit or work. The pictures are time-stamped and geotagged to ensure they correspond to the actual visit location and time.
